There are two of us. That is deliberate, and it is also a risk - if either of us stopped, the work would stall. The titles below describe what we actually do, not what looks good on a slide.

Kailyn R. Elliott, DNP, ARNP

Founder - clinic and system design

Kailyn is a nurse practitioner and designed the ANCHOR system, writing its specification. He also runs RootBound Health, the clinic that is the company's first BAA-governed clinical relationship. He holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Miami, an MBA, a Master of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Project and Operations Management. Thirteen years of nursing - trauma, psychiatric, medical-surgical and community health - is where the idea came from. These are failures he watched happen, not ones found in a spreadsheet.

Joao Correa

Engineering - builds the software

Joao builds it. He takes Kal's specification and turns it into working software. A Brazilian developer and Computer Science graduate of Simon Fraser University, he works across AI, cloud infrastructure and web development.

Founder insight starts the work. Independent ownership makes it investable.

R47 today is clinical and engineering architecture, and that is all. Before anything goes near controlled deployment the company has to add independent quality, regulatory, scientific, platform, human-factors and implementation depth. These are the seats, and what each one would own.

reviresco47 LLC is a Delaware limited liability company operating publicly as R47. RootBound Health PLLC is its first BAA relationship and is not an owner, parent, subsidiary or operator. These three pieces are still missing.
